I'd rather have Nintendo make a sequel to no game, as they are only the publishers and not the developers, and they would only succeed in sucking the fun out of the games, just like with most of their titles.
If Gamefreak made a sequel though, I'd very much like an XD sequel. I like those games much more than the main series. Maybe it's the fact that they actually try to make a story, but it could be anything really.
If Gamefreak/Genius Sonority/Chunsoft made a sequel, then both Colosseum/XD and Mystery Dungeon for the plots alone. They have some of the better plots, Colosseum/XD being a darker take on good vs evil, and Mystery Dungeon just has a great storyline entirely.
Another Shadow Pokemon game :P (I want Shadow Arceus LOL) (And Clefable)
Pokemon Snap 2
and Pokemon Stadium 3, where they have a list of all the Pokemon you can choose for battle *O* Amazing..
Pokemon Stadium brings back memories that are the definition, along with Snap and the handheld games, of my childhood love of the series. My sister even played the minigames.
A REAL sequel to Pokemon Stadium 2, one that I could get on the Wii, would actually make me purchase that system. Same with Snap.
XD gale of darkness it would be awesome to see a wave of shadow sinnohs the last boss would do like in XD shadow arceus only first then shadow dialga palkia giritina and a few more like magmorter electrive and rhyperior so awesome
battle rev was silver lined crap snap was awesome it would be a cool wii or 3ds game ranger was overrated except captures on wii would be cool
rescue teams weren't so cool

Pokémon Snap was one of my favorite N64 games! It was so fun! I would literally kill for a sequel, sweeties. XD
Pokémon Stadium 2 was one of the best 3D Pokémon Battle game ever. It had so many little features that I enjoyed such as the daily Mystery Gift, tons of battle modes, mini-games that your actual Pokémon can participate in, and so on. Battle Revolution doesn't even hold a candle to it. The game was even nice enough to let you choose from a wide selection of rental Pokémon if you didn't upload your own. I wish Hal Laboratory would develop a new Pokémon Stadium.
We need another Colosseum/XD-esque game. I really miss those games. They had a great storyline, an awesome selection of Shadow Pokemon, great evil teams, and who wouldn't want another Pokemon game in 3D?
