When I hear that I think:
PokeWorld/Avatar World/Mobius/Krypton

So, I'm going to go with Mobius, because...why not? Sonic the Hedgehog...the hedgehog pokemon is Shaymin. A speedy pokemon is A smeargle with a jolly nature. Cancel out:
SHAYMIN = SMEARGLE
SHAYMIN=MEARGLE
HAYMIN = MEARGLE

So I get Hayin = Eargle...well, that doesn't make much sense. Two e's in Eargle Cancel out.

Hayin =Argl

Argl sounds like a drunk pirate...so...Manaphy because the pirates were after it.

Hayin sounds like ...um...I dunno! So, it must be an Unown.

Unown + Manaphy = Psychic strange pokemon + Sea Prince.

Sea Prince? Poseidon.
Psychic and strange? An oracle.

If Poseidon was wise as an oracle...he would be a wise water type pokemon with grace. Swanna has grace, but isn't exactly wise. However, because I'm tired, I'm going to go with Swanna anyways.
