Dakota's dropped me a lot of hints via IM, but I really don't believe it. If he was really telling me the truth, *mystery person that Dakota told me will be promoted* will be an S-mod, but (s)he still isn't.

So if I under stand Erica correctly, you guys are dicussing who the next S-mod will be just in case a higher level staff quits or become incapacitated otherwise, then you will promote S-mod candidate-in-waiting?
