If you could turn back time...

So, here's the random Question I like to ask people:

If you could travel back in time, and work with Game Freak, on any Pokémon Generation which would it be,and what would you change/improve/remove?
You can pick any generation, any set of games, even discontinued ones like SpaceWorld Demos

Personally, I would go back and continue the Spaceworld Demo and make it a reality, rather than putting it on hold, and releasing Yellow.
Nothing against Yellow, but, Spaceworld looks a lot cooler.

I don't know about anyone else, but I really miss the Pokeathlon mini-games that were once present in HGSS. It reminded me of the glory days somewhat of Pokemon Stadium 2 and how much fun it was just to cool off after spending all day battling all the time and just unwind by playing fun games and stuff, y'know? I'd just bring some variation(s) of that back in every single game afterwards, because why not? The only thing really to do that Game Freak had given us is contests and.... eh. They're not for everyone.

I suppose Gen 7 was somewhat in the right direction with Mantine Surfing as a fun mini-game of sorts, but a bit more variety would be nice. I don't think that'll be a whole lot to ask.
