I'm assuming the island is a few miles across and has fruit-bearing trees so I'm not so concerned with survival.

I would take another deserted island with me. And since that is a deserted island I assume I get to take something for it too, which would be a further deserted island, and so on until I form a chain of islands linking me back to civilization where I would sell the land for billions of dollars and retire . . . to my own private island.

I've gone full circle!
