Welcome aboard! I think you can make yourself at home at the Emulation section of the forums! You can share your scripting and hacking tutorials, as well as any advice you have as well. It's great to see that you're an experienced hacker, so I'm sure you'll be fine at that section. ^_^

And at times when you're not hacking, why not do some exploring around PC? We have a variety of topics that cover everything about Pokemon! Anything you're interested in.. we may have a discussion for that. :)
