    Heya, Asteilogos; welcome to PokéCommunity! Don't worry; it's not hard to make friends here at all. All you have to do is browse, post around couple of sections, and interact with others. Keep repeating this process, and the more friends you'll get to make the more you do. That's how I've made most of my friends here, haha.

    To start off, I think a good place would be Pokémon General. This is where we discuss anything and everything related to Pokémon. If you're looking to talk about something more specific, such as games, then you should probably visit Pokémon Gaming Central. Speaking of games, which would you consider your most favorite? For me, it's gotta be Pokémon Blue. Was introduced to it thanks to dad, who had given this game to me as Christmas present when I was younger. Second favorite would have to be Emerald, with X/Y being third. Honorable mentions go to Platinum, Crystal, HeartGold, SoulSilver, FireRed, LeafGreen, and Yellow. If you're a fan of the anime as well, check out our Pokémon Anime board. Which season is your favorite? Mine would be Advanced Generation. :]

    While Peitharchia there showed you around the Poké-related sections, don't forget the Poké-lite ones too. You can check out the Chit Chat Café to just relax and chat with other members, or you can check out Fan Clubs & Groups if you're looking to join a club or talk about specific fandoms or anything of that sort.

    And if you're looking for a good read or to share some written work, go ahead and check out Fan Fiction and Writing!

    If you picked an awesome community to make friends, you made the right choice indeed to come here because there's so much stuff you can do, and you'll meet some of the friendliest members on any forum you'd imagine. As my good friend Ashley aka Peitharchia stated, involve yourself and you'll be racking in the friend requests in no time. Don't worry if you're shy, the staff here are among the most helpful you'll ever meet on an online community.

    And feel free to tell us more about you, since that way you might make more friends who share similar interests with you. If you ever have a question, you can always contact a staff member or follow Ashley's advice and ask in Community Questions & Feedback.     So the others above me have shown you really cool places on where to go, so I definitely recommend checking those out to meet a whole bunch of new members and new friends for ya! Along side on what they've listed, you can check out a few more boards too, like Video Games, where as the name suggests, you can discuss your favourite video games, and any thing related to video games. There's also Culture & Media to discuss many forms of media, like T.V, Music, and even Anime & Manga over at the Anime and Manga section. Ohhh and there's also one of my favourites - the Roleplay Corner, to Roleplay with fellow RPers in a series of roleplays! (:

    I hope you'll take all those suggestions to heart, and remember that there is more stuff here on PC where that came from, mmkay? Sky's the limit for you to explore!
