    What's up, Chuzzie! Welcome to the wonderful world of PokeCommunity~

    There are a lot of tips we can give you for navigating around the forum. Start with reading the rules; they're the very first thing you need to do here and outline some important things that some people miss, like not being able to post in threads that haven't had a post for 30 days or more (though some boards are an exception from this). Questions can be asked to the staff with the colorful names oor posted in our Questions & Feedback board, though we also have specific places for certain kinds of help. Help with the fifth generation would fall under the Fifth Generation board and so on!

    As for places to go.. that largely depends on your interests. :o What do you like? What are your favorite Pokemon generations, if any, and when did you get into the series? Right now our Pokemon X & Y board is bustling with activity as everyone gets ready for the games' release next month, so that would be a great option if you're following along. I recommend joining some clubs as well.. we have places for both Pokemon and non-Pokemon clubs! They're great places to find your first few friends here. :)

    Hey Chuzzie, welcome to the cool forum known as PC!

    Cirno has probably got all your needs covered, but she also recommended some places you can check out like the club sections, which are really good to start with since joining clubs is a great way to make new friends. We also have sections covering every Pokemon game out there and even some non-Pokemon stuff too. There's also the rules you need to follow, and staff members are always there to assist you if you need help. And also you need 15 posts before sharing links, images and the like but given PC's size you'll reach that magic 15 in no time.

    Also, like what Cirno said, why not tell us a bit about you? Like what your fave generation of Pokemon is, what's your fave Pokemon, any interests other than Pokemon and such. With X and Y coming out next month, now's definitely a great time to get active. Anyways, I do hope to chat with you so leave me a visitor message or even a friend request since having friends here can help you settle in easier. Have fun here at PC and I hope to see you around!

    Cirno and Hikari gave you a few things to check out, as well as places to go in case you have any questions or concerns. :D Cirny, along with any staff members & moderators in bold names, are very helpful and they are always around if you need any help. :) However, the most important thing to read is the rules, as every staff member will check to see if you are following them or not. You're new, so I don't want to see you breaking a rule this early on tbh D:

    Another place you might want to check out is the Battle Server, which is linked in my siggy! It's a chatroom plus a battle simulator which allows you to battle. If you battle competitively, you can try out many of the tiers provided. You'll like it there, really!
