Arceus is not able to be legitimately obtained yet and hacks are not allowed here.

No, there are Japanese movie Darkrais floating around the planet. Thus they are able to be legitimately obtained. I have one.

Arceus is the only Poke currently not able to be legitimately be obtained, Shaymin can be obtained half-legit, but Surf Glitch Shaymins are not allowed here in an effort to reduce hacked Shaymins.

As for Deoxys if you have one just go to Veilstone city with him first in your party and talk to the meteorites until it says something about offensive stats being increased.
