I'm tired. Naptime!

Sometimes after school I just crawl on my bed and fall asleep, but I don't like doing it because I'll wake up right before dinner, which means there's not a lot of things I can do before I go back to bed.
 
I wake up at 6:00 in the morning and I usually go to bed at 12:00 p.m. I don't like to take naps because when I do, I tend to go to sleep a little bit later which I do not want to do. Napping can sometimes mess up my schedule for the day by waking up an hour late for something (such as class) or being tired and wanting to go back to sleep during class.

I love naptime. Especially since I'm a night owl, my daytime nap is actually where I get the bulk of my slee. Plus it gets me nice and rested to tackle the rest of the day. My early afternoon nap was especially important in college since most of my classes and club meetings took place in the later afternoon or evening.
 
I have naps all the time. might be why I never seem to sleep at night and tend to go bed about 6am. My um really hates when I do that though and now shes off work I think I'm going to get in trouble a lot haha
 
I have never taken a nap in my life. I remember when I was little my mother used to put me to bed at some points in the middle of the day, and I'd just spend like two hours lying there, bored as Hell, staring at the fan. I never once fell asleep. Likewise in pre-school, we had naptime in the middle of the day and I'd look around at everybody lying on the floor around me and they were all sleeping like logs and I'd just think "HOW ARE YOU SLEEPING?!" It was hard enough to get me to go to sleep at night when I was younger, let alone during the day.

I'M PRETTY SURE I DID THAT TOO @Pre-school. I always had issues sleeping til idk...a few years ago now I can easily fall asleep, but in primary school and stuff it was like idk I remember just lying there doing nothing or being so interested with something on the floor, lol. I mean this is towards the end of primary school, sure it might've occurred earlier but I'm pretty sure there was a point where I didn't.

I don't really nap, I just... half sleep. Or at least purposely get myself into a semi-unconcious state because it feels nice/relaxing. So it's a state of mind where I'm still able to wake up if someone needs me aka not quite asleep, and where I can imagine all things easily that I wouldn't be able to. If I don't control myself I fall asleep though and it does become a nap, lol. As for naps in general I have them when I've had less than 6 hours sleep a day. It's like... as long as I have at least 6 I'm fine, the moment I get below 6 my body is ruined so I get naps so I can purposely time myself to 6/7 so I feel better. So... as a result I did this a lot back in July and stuff where I stayed up really late. As of now my sleep schedule is pretty good so I don't need naps. :)
 
I don't nap at all, unless I'm super sick, but that's really, really rare. I just don't like taking naps. I don't like it being bright when I go to bed, so morning sunshine is bad enough when I'm still sleeping. Trying to take a nap in the middle of the day just...idk. I just feel like I shouldn't sleep the day away, you know? Not unless there's a reason, and even then, I still don't usually fall asleep.
 
honestly, never really. It's not like I don't have to time to, but when I have spare time I really think of taking a nap, I'd probably find something better to do.

I don't take naps. i only take them when i come home late or get up early :P
 
No naps, not at all. I have trouble sleeping already as I am, so taking a nap is almost impossible. If I sleep during the day, it will be for a good 6+ hours, simply because I was exhausted and needed rest,
 
[SIZE="a"]I've always been like "lol screw sleep and naps I'm gonna stay up FOREVAH" but my old weak body can no longer handle this constant lack of sleep. Combined with the fact that I don't drink coffee, yeah... these days I can be a real mess. So I nap quite often now. I could come home at any time of the day, sleep for up to 3 hours, and then still fall asleep that night. Naps and I have now become bffs and it's the best friendship I've ever made. EVER.[/SIZE]
 
Lol. I wish I could take naps. I haven't been able to nap in 4 years. T_T
