    Whenever I try to use the tag [/img*] (Asterisk so you can see), it doesn't work.

    Help?
     
    what are you putting between the tags? Use the FULL URL of the image located online somewhere (or if its on you computer, use the attachment link instead)
     
    try right clicking the picture and choosing Copy Image link (or whatever your browser says that's similar) that way you're getting the link of the picture and not of the page.
