Improve-a-Pokemon Nominations

Archy and I are starting Improve-a-Pokemon when GT14 begins! It's similar to Make-a-Mega, but the idea is to improve/change a Pokemon to make it better, then add it to the battle server. We won't have much time to work with in the GT timeframe, so we have to start with an initial poll of Pokemon.

Are there any Pokemon you would like to see improved? Only Pokemon from UU or below will be allowed. Must be fully evolved. Any generation is fine. Post any suggestions and we'll consider adding them to the poll!

Actually, i'd like Glaceon to improve a bit :) It has a lot of potential, although it is PU.
