Insane Wigglypuff card version (!)

Hi! Could someone please have a look at this interesting version of Wigglytuff?;

Seems pretty cool if it is real, it has a shiny backround, gold/shiny name/HP text, reverse colours from the original and Jiggglypuff in the middle of the card looks different from the original card.

Just found it when I looked through my Pokémon collection from over 12 years ago

While weird colors are possible on official cards, this one's fake. Wrong fonts, gold seems to be stamped-in instead of level with the card's surface, wrong holofoil design for gold-name cards (which I imagine is just Xeroxed/doesn't "twinkle"), missing the set logo seen on gold-name cards... Still, it does look pretty interesting!
