The Team

So guys, I've been trying to doodle with the Team Builder, stretching the boundaries of being even a tad original and still using a successful team. ( lol Sash Drifblim ) Trying to assemble an army that can switch in via resistances, this is quite a good effort from me. I'm quite lonely, since not a single person would make a team with me. Note to D_A: Troll this team and you lose this thread, it's a lose-lose situation. =3 So...I've been using MixMence, and it is not to be changed unless there are severe consequences if I do not do so, like losing ~90% of my matches. Infractions, bans, kicks, and trolling this RMT will make me give a stern welcome to you on Shoddy Battle and tempts me to just rip Lunar's erm thing off over and over. =D

Deoxys-e @ Light Clay
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Light Screen: Softens up blows that even Snorlax can not take, like Focus Blast from some random Gengar.
- Reflect: Really softens those physical blows that Porygon2 could have trouble handling like LO Outrage from the common DDMence, which I refuse to use. >_>
- Stealth Rock: A move that without it, possible 2HKOs with this extra damage upon stepping in become 3HKOS, OHKOs become 2HKOs, and so, you could've killed that Suicune that was a thread. But without SR that wish cannot be achieved.
- Taunt: Taunt is a classic move these days, that's quite nice to stop suicide leads trying to go "AHAHAHAHA I SET UP SR", instead getting Taunted to oblivion and then Pressure punches them in the face, even if Recover isn't here.
Deoxys-S is like a balance between offense and defense, with devestating Speed as well, which is always lovely. It is also my fair opinion it is BeachBoy's fault I'm using this. >=(

Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 80 Atk / 176 Spd / 252 SAtk
Rash nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Brick Break: Shatters the only barriers against the special attacking combo, mainly Heatran, Blissey and Snorlax, although Heatran is a little tough to 2HKO. It takes about 40% iirc, which is sad.
- Draco Meteor: The strongest move on this set, it commands everything not resisting it to basically die. The talent this move has is simply extraordinary, really no need to even talk about this move.
- Fire Blast: Steel-types go crashing down as they try and resist Draco Meteor's skull-breaking assault, I simply cannot stop loving this move.
- Roost: The fist of Stealth Rock brings its toll on MixMence ridiculously fast, and with LO it's an even faster way to spell death. Thus, Roost must be used to shake off all that considerable damage.
40 Atk EVs simply do not matter on MixMence, 40 HP / 252 Def Calm Bliss already takes 58.09% - 68.38% from this EVspread, and taking EVs from SAtk is just silly, that would weaken Draco Meteor. So no, the EV spread shall not be changed. A standard MixMence with a few EV tweaks, nothing much to say.

Snorlax (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Body Slam: Body Slam on CBLax is absolutely scary. It slows down a lot of stuff, so Snorlax can pound them to the floor, and with STAB, it hurts after a while, admittedly.
- Fire Punch: While it doesn't hit Ghosts for super-effective, it's quite decent at yelling at them for trying to laugh.
- Selfdestruct: Since Pursuit and Selfdestruct can NOT be together legally, it's time to just go offensive and explode this pumpkin and about everything not called a Ghost or Steel-type. Really, it's like a last resort move that one can't stop loving if Explosion is not available.
- Earthquake: Completely steps all over Heatran, valuable and cannot be replaced.
While it is incredibly slow, it can take hits while still punching everything, which is more than enough reason to use it, not neglecting its potiential.

Scizor (F) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 176 HP/156 Atk/176 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch: Nintendo thought Hera was used a bit too much for a Bug-type in D / P, so they booted it off as most used Bug-type, and let Scizor rule the battlefield. With STAB, Technician and a Choice Band, this can prove to be a sturdy force. ;)
- U-turn: Brilliant scouting move, and it can put a pounding on some stuff, so no reason not to use it.
- Superpower: Hey there Heatran, you have a new friend! Seriously, it completely hammers Heatran like there's no tomorrow.
- Pursuit: I was going to use Knock Off over this, until I realized without Technician it has only 20 BP. ._. Catches fleeing Ghosts like Gengar, always a lovely move.
Scizor is quite a reliable Pokemon these days, and I can definitely see how it will most likely stay in top 10 most used Pokemon, which is stretching original. :<

Porygon2 @ Leftovers
Ability: Trace
EVs: 240 HP / 176 Def / 92 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Discharge: Laughs at Gyarados, and in general any Sweeper because it severely cripples their Speed. Really, this is just too good to remove for a little more power.
- Recover: Only form of recovery, but it's a reliable one, so one must obey the general rules of Pokemon and use good moves.
- Ice Beam: Hi Salamence, meet your new best friend! Ice Beam with Discharge in general provides some sturdy coverage, it's indeniable this is a key move to a bulky Porygon2.
- Magic Coat: Flings back petty Hypnosis from Gengar or something, one cannot deny they love flinging status at something.
Possibly the best Gyarados and Salamence counter that can actually do something and has a reliable recovery, one cannot deny its everlasting usefullness.

Starmie @ Choice Specs
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Surf: Do I really have to speak about this...
- Ice Beam: Salamence can now rest in a rage, since it gets smashed to oblivion.
- Thunderbolt: Completely smacks Water-types except Swampert, which isn't that common these days iirc.
- Grass Knot: Really, I want to use Psychic, but everyone's pushing me to use Grass Knot, I can't make a final decision on this by myself. Please assist in choosing the final move. Psychic has poor coverage, so yeah, I'm most likely going to use GK anyway.
Starmie isn't that common these days in my experience, so I decided to use it. It's kinda meh, so most likely the first to be booted.
Credit goes to Dark_Azelf for trolling my Egyptian RMT, and BeachBoy for basically punching me in the face by mentioning my erm disgusting RMT. :< The site I was using images from suddenly just exploded or something, so except to only see 2 sprites. =(
