Basically, overworld editor rebirth doesn't work on my computer, so I don't know how to insert my overworld sprites. I know another option is NSE, but NSE doesn't work either, although NSE 2.0 runs, but I don't think it is fully working, but it seems better than the others. Anyways I have looked around and can't find much to help me figure out NSE 2.0, so I think all I need is the image and palette offsets for the male and female protagonists. If anyone can give me those, then if what I think it will work, but if somebody knows how to insert using NSE 2.0, that would be helpful too.

Overworld Manager by Kimonas is by far the best, most efficient overworld editor / inserter out there. You can find it in the Tools subforum.
If you need to know how to use it or how overworld sprite management works, feel free to take a look at my two tutorials on the topic found below:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_XYSOQruq8&t=3s
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lyL2O8N0CBo&t=298s

When I open the overworld manager, I wait and the sprites and table don't show up like in your tutorials, but other information is filled in, such as Profile as BPRE and text color as blue. So I can't really do anything as far as I can tell, do you know about a fix?

When you load your ROM for first time OWM will take some time to load tables ( generally around 20-40 seconds ) because it repoint original OW table in first load.

If you are using the latest version them I don't know cause I never used latest QT Owm. But, to test u can try 1.2.1 version and see if the problem is still there or not.

Try opening your rom with "Open and Analyze". If it still doesn't show the OW's shoot me a message.
