intense heat wave -- what Pokemon would you use to cool down?

I'd have my precious Oshawott cool me with Water Gun attacks, maybe even Surf.

As for Ice types, Glaceon could just use Icy Wind.

Or maybe even a Buneary using Ice Beam like Dawn's.

I'd like to have bird Pokemon flapping their wings to cool me down.

I would have a Glacion with Ice Body and it can use Icy Wind :P
It's also small enough to carry in a mid sized bag lol jk

Articuno, due to the fact that it is both Ice and Flying types. The only other Ice & Flying type Pokemon is Delibird, which I dislike.
