intense heat wave -- what Pokemon would you use to cool down?

I'd have my precious Oshawott cool me with Water Gun attacks, maybe even Surf.

As for Ice types, Glaceon could just use Icy Wind.

Or maybe even a Buneary using Ice Beam like Dawn's.

I'd like to have bird Pokemon flapping their wings to cool me down.

Well, their attacks combining together is cool :P, and vanilla flavored!
 
What about Fan Rotom??? He'd be pretty useful lol, you could just sit there and let it fan you.......well until it finds a lawn mower or some other household appliance O.o
 
Articuno, due to the fact that it is both Ice and Flying types. The only other Ice & Flying type Pokemon is Delibird, which I dislike.
