Introducing myself to the Pokémon community

    Hey, I go by Raddious online and I've been a Pokémon fan since 2009. I love to replay the games as well as battle some online (although I'm not the most experienced at that). Despite playing Pokémon for years, I've never really joined an online community before and knowing Pokémon is better experienced with others, I'm hoping to enrich my own Pokémon experience as well as others. I'm also a college student and I'm currently studying to get a bachelor's in computer science to potentially lead to getting a job in video game development. Overall, I'm a little nervous to try to join an online community as I'm not the most social person but I'm also excited about the potential fun and friends I hope to find here. Hope to have a great time!
     
    Welcome Raddious! Fret not because we're a bunch of non-social people; that's why we're on a forum instead of being outside lmao ('cept for these times when we literally have to be indoors :p). I'm sure you'll fit right in.

    And you say you like video game development; does that mean you're interested in rom hacks? We got plenty of subforums for those if ever hehe. Enjoy your stay!

    Thanks for the welcome! I'm not against looking into making a rom hack at some point but that's not what I think I'm going to do for now. I did see those subforums though and I will totally check it out at the least :)
