    Hi, I thought it would be nice to make an introduction before I post. I've had an account for a while but had forgotten about it (don't worry, I'll post regularly now!)
    Hello my name is Jenny, nice to meet you!
    I'm 16 years old and I live in Australia.
    I always used to play pokemon with my brother (& watch him play pokemon) when I was little so I have some nice memories of it; he actually posts here as well.
    We have yellow, sapphire, colosseum, pearl and diamond. I have the most fun memories of sapphire & colosseum and I'd probably like to get X as well but I don't have a 3ds. My favourite Pokemon is Eevee and I have a cute plushy of it.
    I don't actually play Pokemon that much now (I'd like to play it more) but this forum seems to have nice people in it.
    I love listening to music. Some of my favourite bands are Mount Eerie (formerly known as the Microphones), Neutral Milk Hotel (who I saw live last year!), Yo La Tengo (who I am going to see live next month!), Olivia Tremor Control, and Sufjan Stevens. I also like reading manga, my favourite is currently Aku no Hana.

    Now that is a cool name you got there, and you happen to be a fellow Australian as well. Definitely have to welcome you now. So yeah hi there and welcome!

    Natalya has probably directed you to some possible sections you might be interested in, and yeah I do feel sorry you are lacking a 3DS but I'm sure you can get it eventually because X and Y have been making many fans get back into the games after they were disappointed with the last generation (secretly I actually loved Gen 5) but even if you can't play the new games it doesn't mean you can't stop being a Pokemon fan in general!

    And yeah nice to see another Eevee fan here, it surely is one of the true fan faves for years now. I think you might enjoy the Eevee & Eeveelutions club over in Pokemon Clubs, another great section for some Pokemon discussions. Anyways, I do hope to see you around and if you ever need a friend don't hesitate to contact me anytime because I love welcoming new guys. Have fun okay?

    Don't worry about it; at least you're back now, so that's all it matters! Welcome back to PokéCommunity, Jenny. :] It's pretty cool that you live in Australia. Always wanted to go there, but never got the chance to. Someday, though, I will. How is the place, anyway? Do you enjoy being there? Hope you do! Your brother's here? Sweet. Who is he?

    You're getting Pokémon X? Nice. I have Y right now; might get X later. Aside from the ones you've already mentioned, have you played any other Pokémon games? Have you played HeartGold and SoulSilver? If not, then you should--you'll love them! If you get the chance, you should also give Black and White a try, as well as Black 2 and White 2.

    Since you love listening to music and reading manga, you should probably check out our Culture & Media section. We have a lot of people there with the same, exact interest; the more you hang out there, the more friends you'll get to make!

    Welcome!! I don't have a huge long message to post like everybody else but if/when you get Pokémon X be sure to find me in the "Trade Corner" section of this website. I'm sure I'll have at least a little stuff to help you out and get you started trading!!

    So you have a brother here! Really cool; it's nice to hear that you know someone around here already! Oh, but you should definitely try and get a 3Ds. It has some of the best games out there, in my opinion, and Pokemon X and Pokemon Y are truly bundles of joy to play! And yup, I'd say that this forum has a really nice base of members who are always coming up with creative ideas, and who are also friendly and easy to talk with as well! I do hope that you'll take time to talk with them someday, in which they hang out in various boards around PC, like all of the pokemon boards, and even the side boards and entertainment boards that don't have pokemon topics either. Either or, we'll be glad to see you around the forums!

    Mmm, Eevee is quite a cute pokemon! I dunno why, but I do find myself loving Eevee more and more each day too! I always end up using a member of the Eeve family in all of my pokemon playthroughs, in which, they usually be either Vaporeon, Glaceon, Espeon, or Flareon. Not to say the others aren't good though; I really like all of them! And aw, your plushie sounds adorable. <3

    Anywho, again, meeting you has been fantastic, and thanks so much for taking the time to introduce yourself! As said, you can also check out the Culture & Media board to chat all about your favourite anime, or music on there with other members!
