Invasion of privacy

I don't know if many members know this, agree or disagree with this, but if you go to quick links you can see what all the members who are online, and what they are doing. Along with that, at the bottom of a thread you can see who are the people in the thread. Not to be mean or anything, but I think it's an invasion of privacy.

I'm not getting hyped up. @_@ And this happened at one of the other forums I went to. Some people thought of it as spying really because you could see what a person was doing. Like posting a reply to a RP, or making a thread. I don't really care what happens, I just thought that some people might not like that feature. <_< Don't bash and flame me for this...

well.. it's not here. here it's reguarded as a blessign, and those who don't like it use Invisable Mode. this can be closed, methinks.

You have to be joking me, because if you are not, well, that is pretty sad. And yes, this can be closed. It should have been closed before anyone posted in it.

Well, in my opinion, it's not like you have anything to hide if people see what you are doing in the forums.

Actually, I quite like being able to see who else is looking at the same threads I am... you know, shared interests and all that. It's a good way to make friends. ^^

As it was mentioned, you can make yourself invisible if you share this view. Then no one will know what you're doing and even if you're online.
Though I am pretty famous of watching people this way. <_<

There's nothing wrong with it,it could be a way to view without people PMing you for something.OR someone who is bugging you,you could just click invisible mode on and poof you gone kinda XD.

I don't personally mind people seeing what threads im in, and I don't see why it matters? Also if your so peeved about people seeing when your online, you can make yourself invisible!

I don't mind either. It's not like I'm doing anything bad that people would see. :P I discovered this feature a long time ago on another board, and I've always liked it. It's fun to see what's going on. And besides, it doesn't say specifically what you're doing.
