Nope, my mother tongue is German, but I speak English quite fluently.
That's because I've got relatives from Canada (and French) and I had friends in the kindergarten/elementary school who could almost only speak English/French and so I learned a lot.
It would be great if Japanese/English was my my native language.

No, my native language is Dutch because I live in Belgium, you know the country of the waffels :P. They speak Dutch in the Netherlands too. But I can speak French too (it's our second language),English of course and a little bit of German (next year I will learn it on school). I can read Latin too.
