4th Gen Is Rotom a legendary?

    I have been told Rotom was a legendary but other people have said it wasn't...
    So what do think about rotom?
    Legendary or not legendary?

    Personally I think Rotom IS NOT a legendary due to its low stats.
     
    No, it is not. Although its theme music is of a legendary, it itself is not one.
     
    One more thing can you get Rotom only once like legendaries? By that I meen can you keep going to the TV once every day and catch another one?
     
    I personally feel like it is. Too many things say it is but others say it isnt but I really believe it is.
     
    Well, considering that you can only get 1 in the game, I'd say it would be a legendary. Period.

    So in RBY and GSC, was Lapras considered Legendary?
    In RBY, was Jynx considered Legendary?
    In RSE, was the Beldum line considered legendary?
    In RSE, was Castform considered Legendary?
    Afraid not. :)

    Rotom can change forms, it belongs to last part of Sinnoh part of National Dex so I don't see any reason why would it wouldn't be considered as legendary

    I don't think that the 60+ pokemon [excluding Giratina] that are between Manaphy and Giratina are Legendary as well. :p
    And, when discussing the National Dex in DPPt, it's just last of the normal pokemon simply because it was discovered that way. XD;
    It was a recently discovered Pokemon as made evident by the miniminiminisubplot in Platinum regarding Charon and Rotom DX

    So, technically speaking, it isn't a legendary Pokemon.

    Ordinarily, I'd close this, but I'll leave it open to see if there are any rebuttals XD;
    And, no, I don't think this belongs in Pokemon General. Sorry!
     
    Well you can BREED Rotom

    and if you're saying that manaphy can breed as well yes it can... BUT it changes to another pokemon when you breed it.
     
    Rotom is not a legendary .
    Reasons why it is not :

    1) Veery weak .
    2) Unlegendary look
    3) Nintendo added forms just to make it better so that it is not that crappy !
     
    Yeah, i think psuedo legendary, as i can't say coz it has formes it ain't legendary (look at shaymin), but as far as i know you can't breed it
     
    Personally, I believe he is NOT a Legendary. Due to the fact he has weak stats, and he doesn't really have a "Legendary" look. While you can only catch one in game, he does have an Egg Group. Now now, I know Manaphy does as well, but you can not get a Manaphy by breeding!

    Actually, Rotom doesn't have formes. It's different forms are referred to as Heat/Wash/Frost/Fan/Mow Rotom, as opposed to Shaymin whose forme is referred to as Sky Forme.

    Also, Rotom can breed with Ditto.
