To me i think all Legendaries should have a unique abilty like Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza...but almost every single legendaries except for a few have the ability Pressure...do u think Nintendo is being lazy coming up with Unique abilities for legendary pokemon??

Too many switch ins too. see origin giratina.
    lets not forget about... pressure..

i think nintendo should have espcially come up with a unique abilty for Dialga and Palkia and Girantina. like this

    Diagla
Abilty Time Warp- Shifts time so ur oppenents pokemon are slower and your team is faster

    Palkia
Ability Spatial Warp- Every turn there is a chance that ur oppents attacks get sucked into another demension, and not effection you at all

    Girantina
Ability Dimension Pull- Pulls the opponents pokemon into Girintinas Dimenesion making it impossible to Switch out

how do those sound or are they a little OP?

The "Spatial Warp" and "Dimension" abilities sound too powerful, but I guess "Time Warp" would be fair.

Yeah, too many legendaries have the ability Pressure >.> to me it's pretty useless unless you're fighting a losing battle with the other Pokemon using megahit moves.

    Yes, I think so too.
I think their abilities should reflect something about them. What I mean is, for example, since Mesprit is the being of emotion, it's ability should be something about emotion too like maybe an ability to automatically "attract" the opponent's pokemon when Mesprit is in battle.

Well think about it like this. They probably made the ability Pressure for such the reason that any ability that they may have tossed around that would be more suited to that Pokemon was deemed too powerful (ie something like the abilities burningfenix talked about), and thus, had to revert to the 'default' which is Pressure.

Btw, Pressure comes in handy, albeit rarely. Stall teams definitely benefit from it or are hampered by it.

I think it's appropriate. Since the legendary Pokemon are so powerful, they exert their force so much that it drains the energy of the enemy.

And remember, Dusclops, Vespiquen, and Absol learn Pressure too.

I think Pressure would be more appropriate if it were a legendary hallmark, something that only legendaries have, but--like Gymnotide said--several other Pokémon have Pressure too, kinda de-epic-fying the ability. Although Pressure isn't really that useful/exciting as an ability (unless you're up against an opponent whose best move has only 5 PP, in which case Pressure is more helpful), it'd be better if it were left as something only legendaries have. Otherwise, what's there to set the abilities of legendaries apart from... well... Vespiquen? :/

Well, even though it is rather helpful sometimes, I think it is still a tad bit overused. Yes, a lot of legendaries have this ability, and there's hardly any variety, but like I've said before, it is very helpful in some cases.
