Have you tried any Japanese foods and if so which ones do you like?

    ie...Pocky, Sushi ..etc etc

I've only had the typical weeaboo stuff like pocky and ramen and sushi. xD And this other "Pucca" candy that I bought because everyone else was buying pocky and I wanted to be different, but it ended up tasting just like pocky. :< And a whole bunch of greasy Americanized azn food stuff. Nothing beyond those things. All that I have tried has been pretty good though, I'll admit. :p

Actually, this exchange japenese student at muh college cooked me some stew with baby corn, pork, and all kinds of good stuff i dont member =]

From the Japanese restraunts sprawled around my area, I've had-

    Sweets ;

    Pocky
    Japanese gummies
    Japanese mints
Japanese chocolate (Mine was sorta bitter x_x)
    Green Tea icecream

    Sushi -

Salmon ( Sake AND Ikura (Not the greatest) )
    Yellowtail (Buri, Inada, AND Hamachi)
    Eel (Unagi AND Anago)
    Crab (Kani)
    Octopus (Tako)
    California Roll
Vols Roll (Special here in TN)

    Noodles/Soup-

    Udon
    Real Japanese Ramen (Not Maruchan)
    Soba
    Miso Soup

I haven't had that much, but I LOVE Japanese food <3

You know, for living in Japan for four years, I never really tried that much, if you think about it. We hardly went off-base, though, and when you're on base, you might as well be in America.

    - Pocky and other misc. sweets I can't begin to name. This is probably the most Japanese food I've tried, as we went to the 100 Yen store often enough, and candy is candy! One of my favorites was this Starburst-like one. You can buy it at conventions, apparently. And I still don't know the name of it. D:
    - Yakisoba. I love the stuff. I wish I could make it properly. I fake it with instant Ramen, Teriyaki sauce, beef, and random vegetables.
    - Sushi, of course. Never liked any of it.
    - Japanese-style curry. I love it to death. I'd make it every time I cooked if I knew it'd get eaten.

    Unfortunately I've only been able to try a small bit of Japanese food. So far, I've had teriyaki (spelling?) , shrimp, and sushi (<3); all of which was at a single Japanese resteraunt around here. I really love Japanese food, but the problem is that none of the rest of my family likes it, so we only eat it on my birthday ;o;

-Sushi (California, Ninja, Tsunami, anything without cream cheese in it is fine with me)
-Pocky (Strawberry, honey, chocolate, banana, marble. Yeah. Marble is a flavor xD)
-Ramen (mostly maruchan, but I've had the real stuff too o3o)
-Curry (Mild only. I hate spicy food, and curry can be pretty intense x.x)
    -Miso (mmhm...)
    -Soba (.....mmhmmm...)

I love Japanese food. Especially Sushi. It's a shame they only eat sushi unless it's a party, or the person is bleeding Yen :/

I've tried all sorts of Japanese foods now since my family usually has some sort of it. Sushi, misoshiru and curry are pretty common meals for us.

I've had countless types of sweets since we get given them occasionally in Japanese class. xD
I don't think I could ever list all the Japanese foods I've had, there's just too many. I've even tried Natto and found it okay.

I can only get Japanese food from resturants and those little asian grocery stores around so there's not much of a variety.

    + Pocky (some flavours)
    + Miso Soup
+ Sushi (especially raw stuff.. it actually tastes good. 8D)
+ Bubble tea (I THINK it was Japanese.. maybe Korean... D:)
    + Udon Noodles
+ Teriyaki chicken (well with rice)

I would LOVE to try more Japanese stuff.. like maybe ramen or Japanese sweets. <3

    I love Pocky.

I have also had Sushi but it was not made with raw fish. There are many kinds of Sushi. I had some made with avacados and also ones made with crab meat and shrimp. It was very good.

I tried Miso soup but I hated that.

I want to try Taiyaki but I do not know if that is even available anywhere where I live. (or anywhere in the USA for that matter)

I've had sushi, but I've also had Yakisoba noodles. Now those are good. :>

    I've never tried Pocky before, but I've heard it's like a dream~

Just sushi for me. I like the stuff, but If I have it too often it'll make me sick.
