Item-names are the trainer types!!!

    Hey guys, after the patch to Pokemon Essentials V.16 I've a little problem.

    Most of the items are called like the trainer items. Honey e.g. is called Scientiest.
    And Escape Rope is called Aroma Lady.
    Any idea how to fix it?

    That's an impressive glitch. *golf clap*

    Have you recompiled your PBS files? You can hold CTRL as the game boots to force it to recompile everything. I think perhaps the messages data file probably got rearranged when items added "plural names" to them, and thus what was the item names is now trainer names.
     
    Are the two txt files alright? Can you do a diffcheck of your compiler with a clean version of PE16.1 here?
     
    Are you using a language file? The message sections were rearranged a bit in v13, which would lead to an error like this if you were using an old language file. Yet another reason to read the change logs of any updates you're using.
