its 3am and i just got off an 11 hour shift

AND I HAD TO DEAL WITH EMBECILE COWORKERS MY FREAKING TEAM CAPTAIN DIDNT DO SHIT AND WAS STEALING ALCOHOL HALF THE DAMN TIME

AND IT WAS A FREAKING PARTY OF OVER 300 PEOPLE AND MOST OF THE WORKERS DECIDED TO LEAVE BY 1AM WHICH LEFT A CRAP TON OF WORK FOR THE REST OF US TO DO AND RESULTED IN THE BOSSES BEING UP OUR DAMN BUTTS THE WHOLE TIME TRYING TO GET US TO WORK

LIKE HOLY CRAP ITS BEEN 11 HOURS GIVE ME A BREAK IVE BEEN BUSTING MY BUTT GO CHASTISE THE STUPID IDIOTS THAT LEFT EARLY

so have you had to deal with lazy or bad coworkers that negatively impacted you in some way?

Yep. In pretty much every job i've worked in. The good thing about being a manager is I no longer have to tolerate lazy morons, I can just get rid of anyone not pulling their weight :P

in one job, one of the office workers was sleeping with the boss so she could get away with pretty much anything. she'd storm out, come in late, leave early and was generally just crap at her job. safe to say there was always drama every other day.

I think everyone has had a co-worker or employee that made their life harder than it needs to be.

There's a coworker of mine who is so unproductive we actually get things done faster without her a lot of times. She does everything the wrong way and has been reprimanded for it repeatedly but continues to do it. She's absolutely infuriating and I don't understand why she hasn't been fired.
