Simple Azelf; I NEED to be slower to set up weather (just in case of the Quiet Kyogre), which this team basically says "k me wantz it." I may not be able to get the gun everytime, but it'll really help.

Hmm, i suppose, i was just thinking base 90 speed is workable so why ignore it ?, but ok, if you put it like that.

Kyogre is the only lead that I fear. The lowest speed I can get is 163, but I might go for 31 speed IVs and hit 194, just in case. I know that if I can beat T-Tar, then he gets quaked and dies. Abomasnow is just blown to pieces by Fire Punch, and I doubt any Abomasnow would be running my Choice Band set from a while back (with 240 speed, roughly, but it'd REALLY hurt if it did.)

But there lies the problem. You want to be the slowest so you can start the weather on your side, but that means you're slowest off the block.

Just so you know, there is one pokemon that can help you if Groudon becomes a problem:

Yeah, Cressy is hands down, the bet Groudon counter. I"m not worried about opposing Groudon; I'm worried about my own Groudon and setting up weather.
