It's the Eevee fanclub!!

I think Glaceon would be protected by ice when Jolteon shoots hairs at it.
If Glaceon freezes Jolteon, and Jolteon tries an Electric attack while being frozen, it will electrocute itself.
Otherwise, I think Jolteon is faster then Glaceon.

It would be draw, I guess.
 
Those are really good answers, everyone. I had to think annoyingly hard to come up with an answer of my own, but in the end, this was kinda my conclusion:

In the games, I've never used/met Glaceon, so I don't know, but I imagine Jolteon being the stronger one, since I has great sp. atk and speed and ability to learn good thunder attacks.

In the anime/whatever else, it's more even in my brain... Ice is powerful and if Glaceon could beat Jolteon's speed and freeze it.. then it's over. I also think Glaceon is a slightly cooler eeveelution (get the pun?^^')

Naaaw that's a cute topic :)

I'd definately march up to that awful Poochyena, tower up before it and make it tremble, shout some censored words at it, and watch it tiptoe away with the tail hanging low ^^*
Then I'd act like an anime hero and make friends with the (squeee!) cuuuute Eevee.

Of course, none of this would work if that Poochy just growls back at me... Then me and Eevee would probably imitate professor Birch in the beginning of Ruby game.......^^'

Jolteon has Volt Absorb though.

Two words: Large. Stick. We're in a forest, so I should have some kind of natural resource available nearby with which I can clobber the Poochyena, right? =P

Attempt to Intimidate the Poochyena first by being scary... If successful I can free the Eevee and treat its wounds as best I can, otherwise I guess i'll have to use either a stick or my foot to send that bad Poochy running. Or even a rolled up newspaper XD
 
I'd capture them both in my net and train them to work in a circus as a team! I think they'd go quite well together :) Random, huh?

It wouldn't be Jolteon: He's got pika
It wouldn't be Umbreon: Gary had one
It wouldn't be Flareon: COZ I HATE IT!!!!!
It wouln't be Espeon: It doesn't suit Ash
It wouldn't be Vaporeon: He has a buizel (I think)
It wouldn't be Glaceon: It seems too feminine (dawn would probably have it)
It wouldn't be Leafeon: It doesn't suit Ash either...

....sooo....

Mis, yours was a real good answer, I think you're right. But if it wasn't Espeon, it would be Leafeon, and Dawn or Brock would get a Glaceon.

OR, as I thought in the first place, he's just keep it an Eevee, since he's soooo sentimental about avolving his cutest pokémon. And Eevee is cute. As you all know.
 
Yeah...i'll go with leafeon too, because its new to the fourth generation and its quite cool...but wait, he has a turtwig, right?
Maybe he'd just keep it as an eevee...
 
Actually, I meant more like, if Ash ever was to get an Eevee. Not just in Sinnoh...
 
Yeah, he's got that BUlbasaur-Bayleef-Treecko-love. His grasses went to become his best pokémon, or at least most trustworthy. Oh, and turtwig of course. I think Ash would like a Leafeon.
