I'm having some serious trouble installing the newest version of iTunes. My system uses the 64 bit which is the version of iTunes that I downloaded. As I try to install it a warning comes out.

What does this mean? What would I need to do to fix this?
The help will be greatly appreciated.

I'll have to contact Apple after all. I tried downloading it again but the same problem is happening.

I checked my OS and the System Type says that it's a 64 bit. So I keep downloading and trying to install the 64 bit iTunes but the warning is still there.

If you're only going to use itunes to listen to music, I'd suggest changing to a different music player like winamp or foobar2000.

Why dont you download it into the "C:/Program Files(x86)" folder instead of the normal "C:/Program Files" folder.

Try downloading the 32-bit version anyway. Sometimes 64-bit software is glitchy, and 32-bit versions still work on 64-bit systems.
