I've had a 'new' Style idea!

Well I say "new". ;) Some of you in IRC last night will probably have seen this, but for those of you who haven't, this is my idea:

(Anyone who is familiar with the really early history of Pokémon should get the scribbled bit ^^ If not - check Bulbapedia.)

Now don't get too excited yet, the header is literally all I've done. :P But the basic idea is that we're gonna have an entirely grey-scale Generation I theme. All pixelly and everything. ^^ It's gonna take me a while to actually work out how to put the theme together (Nica did the whole assembling thing on Top Dog), and get it looking perrrfect, but this is it as a concept.

I was thinking of a rotating header with a different route background that either everyone can choose or will just be random every refresh.

Any thoughts?

I always wanted to do a retro theme that used sprites but i lacked the determination and skills to do so.
If you have it change at each route have the option of being able to pick it, you could have the picking thingy look like the town map! :D

Ooooooh, now that IS a good idea. ^^ If it's possible I'd surely go for that. :)
