We don't live in different cities. We're just representatives of those cities; due to the demands of our work on the Supreme Council, we all live on Aprilus One. It's just not practical to have the council members going back and forth between the PLANTs whenever the council is assembled or adjourned. *blinku* Hope that clears things up for you.
