Q: Does it have to be one individual sprite or can it be a sprite sheet? (Been awhile since I've done one of these.)

The sprites don't only have to be pokemon, they could be anything, as long it relates to Christmas.

Please answer. I need to know as it would of course drastically change my entry whether it is or isn't!

It would definetely be preferred to use individual sprite, but it is not against the rules to enter a sprite sheet.

All that was, was a mere recoloured sprite. Nothing really christmas related. Just a mere recoloured sprite. I don't really see how anyone can put in much of an effort with just a recoloured sprite.

So, I shall implement a new rule. No recoloured sprites.

Can I use a graphics tablet to work on my outline?

I don't recall saying that all entries must be done only on MS Paint. So you may do as you please.

A graphics tablet is a kinda mat you can use to draw on the computer with. I started a pixel art with it last night

When I say 'done on MS Paint' I also meant using its accessories only. You may do what you prefer. I'm sure you're entry will turn out good :)
