The ingredients are common enough to have access to them one way or another. As for skill, it requires no more skill to make a cake than it does to make a salad.

I know they are pretty common. I just don't like taking the bus to the grocery store on campus. I wouldn't really know how much skill it takes, but I should probably try it one day.

I'll be glad when I can move out of my dorm next week...then I'll be able to have cake and other types of food. (Eating fast food all of the time is annoying, but I have to spend my meal plan money somehow.)

Yeah I do, that's why I can view this thread any time. because I spend all day looking at and sampling cakes, I can easily come in here and not be tempted by anything. XD

Yes, vanilla is good. I don't think I've ever had mudcake before...or even heard of it, for that matter.
