"Caught on camera!" I shouted, cackling at her. "Now everybody will be able to see the real you," I continued, grinning. "So," I said, turning to the falcon, "Let's get you back to normal." I put the camera back into my bag, and filled a cup with 'hot' water, before walking over to the bird. "Here you go," I said, before pouring the water over it. I could see the steam racing.

(OOC: If you've seen the first ep of Ranma, you'll get it. The water wasn't hot, it was boiling. XD)

"Could you guys keep it down!?" I called to them from the other room as I pulled a pillow over my ears. The fact that my hearing was more sensitive, and I wasn't used to it, was a problem. Then again, I had slept through everything, so I had No idea how the curse workind. I brushed my silver hair outof my eyes, then closed them, making the purring sound that showed I was asleep.

"OW!" I yelled, turning back to a human and spluttering. "You little mother****ing whore!" I lept to my feet and took a fighting stance without thought. Gritting my teeth, I growled "Not funny" and launched without thought into a spinning back roundhouse kick towards the girl, stopping myself perfectly motionless an inch from her cheek.

I gasped, edging backwards slowly. "P...please don't hurt me!" I cried, slipping over onto my backside. "Oww!" I groaned, still looking up at the strange yet rigid man in front of me. I couldn't believe his abnoxious attitude. It reminded me of Rachel on one of her good days.

(OOC: Whore? How 'bout a knuckle sandwich? XD)

"people, people, calm down." I said calmly, finally paying attention to the events. "or MAYBE next time Aura won't be so kind as to turn you human again." I said, as I moved for my water bottle, that was still ice cold. If I needed to, I would pose a real threat to thier lives. I may be easy to outmanuver as a Komodo Dragon, but it didn't mean they were safe. Far from it.

<OOC>It's who Jann Lee is.<OOC>

I set my leg down and scrubbed my hand through my hair. Shaking my head a bit, I said, "Jeez, gril, if I'd wanted you hurt, you'd be missing teeth right about now. Be more careful about it next time, would you, though. Not all of us enjoy being scalded." I cracked a one-sided grin that stopped short of a full-blown smirk and added "Anyway, what's going on here? You mentioned something about those god**** springs?"

"Apparently, falling in them makes us turn into animals, which is undone by warm water, but apparently comes back into effect at the touch of cold water." I said, as I poured some water on myself, and once the change was complete, I hissed loudly, flicking my tounge out to taste the air. If I was mistaken for a kitty again, somebody was going to be hurt... at least it was warm outside if I had to run...

"Yeah," I said, now back on my feet and staring down at Rachel, "it's some pretty funky curse." I looked into the cup. There was still some 'hot' water left. "Here!" I exclaimed, unhesitantly pouring the water over her. There was no steam this time, as it had cooled down a bit. I just hoped it had cooled down enough to eliminate any chance of her kicking my head off my shoulders.

"Yeah, apparently cold water cuases you to change back to your animal shape, or worse, if you ended up like me or david." I said, indicating myself, since David wasn't around. Okay, maybe the others wouldn't cpmsider it 'worse' but I cerainly did!

"Alright..." I said hesitantly. This was more than a little odd. I added"I'm Jann Lee, by the why. Who are you all? And more importantly, what brought you up here?" I was well aware of how I must have looked, after several weeks alone in the mountaing, but these kids...They seemed like they'd just come up.

"We're just a bunch of friends who came on a camping trip, when our van ran out of gas, and we had use this place as shelter form the freaky weather. And with all those innocent-looking springs around..." I trailed off. I didn't need to continue, I was certain this guy could figure out for himself what I was saying.

I had darted out of the way of the water, and was growling again, though moving off, ignoring the people in the room at this point. I was just now noticing how powerful my sence of smell was, and I could smell each person, know where they were in the last hour, and be able to tell them what they ate for breakfast if I didn't already know...

"What the heck is going on out here?" I mumbled as I walked out of the bedroom, rubbing the grains of sleeping dust out of my eyes. "My hearing is sharper like this y'know." I had yet to get a look at what was happened, and I still didn't know that hot water changed us back.

I sighed, and walked out of the room. A moment later, I returned with a glass full of hot, but thankfully not scalding water. I poured some on David's head, and then held the water at my side, waiting for a moment when Rachel would let her guard down. I knew no one had told david about the hot water thing yet, but I hadn't even thought of using any on myself.

"What was that f-" I exclaimed, stopping when I realized my voice had turning to normal. My thoughts were confirmed when I looked at my body. "Back to normal? Huh? But how?" I asked, confused to what was going on." Well, at least the water woke me up...

"Hot water, I guess" I said to this new kid, a bemused expression on my face. This still seemed odd to me, byt so it went. Besides, this was rather amusing to watch. "Sooooo..." I said, searching for a topic of conversation. "what's ya'all's names?"

"This is Aura," I said, pointing to the purple haired girl. "He's david," I said, indicating the foul-mouthed friend. "My name is robert, and this kitty over here is Rachel." I said, grinning as I reached out and petted the giant lizard. I didn't think it annoyed her to be called that, and personally, I liked it.

"I am pleased to make you acquaintence, then" I replied. After making a formal bow for the sake of politeness, I said "And I, as I mentioned, am Jann Lee. I do hope there's some way I can clean myself up around here, do you know if there is?"

"Yeah, the springs." I joked before heading for the exit. "Did I hear that we found a fuel source earlier? Does that mean we can leave now? I'm tired of this dump." I stated before sitting outside by the spring I had fallen into, daydreaming.

I laughed in response to Jann's comment. "Better get used to hot water, because you'll be needing a lot of it," I joked, before realising what I just said, which made me sink to my knees. "We're doomed! Doomed!" I began to cry, silently cursing against my stupidity. "There's probably a way around it. There HAS to be," I growled in my thoughts.
