As some may know that looked at my new person thread, im new here and i was wondering about a few things, who are the best poke clans on the site?(if theres a forum about it someone please drop a link) best battlers?(also post a forum if there is one)

just curious so i can find some good battles and find some more clans to talk to

also if this site uber, ou, bl, and uu tier thing is different then smogons please let me know so i can make ajustments if needed

Clans were abolished here some time ago.

Okay, first off, the "clans" in Wireless Battle Stadium no longer exist. (It's a long story, but one word, spam) So, basically you should just look around the Wireless Battle Stadium and you'll find individual battle threads, tournaments, leagues, etc. There are plenty of good battlers here, but not really located in one... erm, "clan."

You can find various tournaments if you want a battle or the Strategies and Moveset section will help you if you need to learn a few things...
