if you mean the program, then its paint, but if you mean bases, i just use wat i find, i have no definite source

...well thanks for the complement...so heres some new sprites

on top is a latios and latias pre evo(blue is male red is female) called lati and on the bottom is a houndour pre evo with no name... 100% scratch watcha think

in my opinion the Pre evos of the 2 dragons are kinda odd looking.
maybe its just there pose,idk.
but they shouldn't be in the same pose either.

the houndour one looks pretty good though.

mmK. Both are far too small. Far.

The Lati are in awkward poses, and I think you might want to make there arms larger, and wings more natural. Maybe a tad more fierce some.

At that size the Houndour pre-evo is (as previously stated) far too small. Keep the size up for more detail. It's head is a little too long, but besides those too factors the sprite is fine. Of course, it's also tiny.

Another less important note, try to be creative with names. Naming a Latios/Latias pre-evo Lati is neither original nor creative.
