kangaskhan pre evolution?

    I was playing on my leaf green this morning and i was trying to catch a Kangaskhan in the safari zone when something dawned on me kangaskhan raises there young in there pouch so are the youngling a pre evolution of kangaskhan if so shouldent we be able to battle and catch them
     
    This must eventually come, it makes no sense that a newly born Pokémon has another Pokémon on its pouch, it's like having 2 Pokémon ._.

    Like Alakazam said, it's quite surprising loads of Pokémon got their pre-evos and Kangaskhan not.

    I never thought about that, but as you think about it, it is a bit weird.

    Maybe it'll come in the next series, seeing as munchlax went all the way to D&P from r/b/y maybe it'll come, who knows.
     
    I really think they should take the baby out of the Kangaskan pouch and amke it it's pre-evo. It is really wierd seeying a newly born kangaskhan with a baby in its pouch. Besides, the baby in PBR looks so cute cheering its mother while battling. But it's still wierd to watch egg hatch part.
     
    That would be cool if kanghaskan and its young can fight together in the safari zone as a double battle or to trainers! lol
     
    This seems more like general discussion than something specifically about FR/LG so I'll move this to the Pokémon General section.
     
    Seriously, Baby Kanga needs to exist. And they also need to not battle with the baby in it's pouch >_< Unless that's in a pokedex description where it's a natural thing.

    Baby Kangas are possibly the most adorable Pokemon, haha.

    And yeah, this is something that has always bugged me. I was surprised it wasn't introduced in the 4th Gen, in fact.
     
    Actually, using data from all games, it turns out that baby Kangas are actually Missingno.'s and 'M's or just other Kangas.
     
    Yea, I'm really surprised that they haven't made one yet.
    They should have in the 4th generation.
     
    Emotionally, baby kangaskhans are literally baby kangaskhans meaning they grow up into adult kangaskhans. They don't evolve into them.
    Logically, it wouldn't work. It would be like making both nidorans the same species. They could do it, but it would go against the previous games perspective.
     
    I'm not too sure creating a pre-evolution for Kangaskhan would be a great idea, because it could ruin it's image.

    However, if a pre-evolution of Kangaskhan came about, I'd probably name it Infantshkan, after a baby.
     
    i was thinking the same thing the other day... i think it would be a great idea! not sure what i'd be called though. problably something having to do with a joey. (baby kangaroo) but its a good idea
