4th Gen Kanto - So Much Potential

The reason why that wasn't added before and might not be added again, is because that plot with Team Rocket in Kanto was set three years ago in the game, meaning they failed once, Giovanni left them, and now they are just scrambling for money with no reasons to return. Though, they can make a nice plot in the Sevii Islands at least that was in FRLG.

Yeah, thats true. I remember when it said a trainer not long ago saved this organization from Team Rocket. Then there was just that one member battled in Cerulean City. I just think it'd be pretty cool if maybe Giovanni returned with a squad for another attempt thinking no one would be there to stop them this time or something like that.

Come to think of it, they could really turn it into something in the Sevii Islands. Very interesting.

I like the thought of Giovanni making a return to Team Rocket and trying to attack the Kanto Region once more, I reall wish they could have added that into the remake for the Kanto REgion at least. I'd be satisfied enough though if they make some story with at least the Kanto Sevii Islands.

If a Battle Frontier would have to be implemented in Kanto, then I want it to be spread out in difference cities, but not all in one location. I'm really not looking forward to a Battle Frontier over Kanto though or in either.

I wish I could go to Cerulean Cave again... Wanna See Mewtwo...

And what would happen to Cinnabar Islands? Maybe you'll experience the actual explosion of the Volcano... :)

And, ooh! The Safari Zone! Why did the elder leave in the GSC Classic? XD

It's an extremely obscure topic to think about- there is waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much to take into consideration. I believe that Cinnabar will have a visible volcano on it (what with Platinum having a proper volcano look for Stark Mountain, they may just use the same tiles.) I believe they'll do something about Blaine being in Seafoam islands- either move him to somewhere else, leaving them as they were in FRLG, or simply coming up with a story as to why they became a little 4x4 room.
Viridian Forest, i believe, will remain the same idea as it was in GSC- there really is no real point to make it a big proper forest, anyways. Cerulean Cave was explained away, so that'll probably happen once more.
One thing i do hope will be included in new Kanto is the Sevii Islands. A possible Battle Frontier could be placed on each of the islands, which would be quite cool, although a bit odd for Four/Two Island, due to their small size. Although the Battle Frontier is only speculation- i highly doubt one will be included. Of the two existing Battle Frontiers, they have both only been included in the 3rd sister game, so it would kind of break tradition. Not that that would be a bad thing, it just seems unlikely.

The return of the Sevii Isands from FRLG, the return of the Safari Zone, and the return of the Ceruleon Cave are my top three priorities for the Kanto. Though, I'm hoping some kind of plot will be added just so it won't all be about battling and training again in a dead zone kind of region.

Well, in G/S, Cinnabar Island was destroyed by an erupting volcano. Would there not be one in this remake?

Even if they bring up Kanto's glory and size, I still think that the game should surround Johto more.

Yes, but in three years they have enough time to build back Cinnabar.

A great idea there of the Eruption! Suddenly an earthquake starts and you feel it. Someone invites you to his/her house to see the news. Then, as in the start of D/P/Pt you'll see a clip in the TV. You have to do some missions or continue your quest, and when you complete almost all in Kanto the news reveal that the city has been restored in what they could. Woot, great!

I'd love to see the Volcano make an eruption on Cinnabar Island. Though, even if we don't it'll be grea tto allow us to travel through it after all teh lava cools and hardens. There we can find tons of rock, ground, and fire type Pokémon, even the new Gen ones.

I hope that there is some structure in Kanto, in G/S/C i HATED Kanto, it was pointless and boring, and the games would have been better off without it, if it comes back I'll need a really good reason to enter there or I'll just stay in Johto, they just added it to G/S/C for the sake of adding something, also i think it's stupid that people want Kanto to stay the same as it was in G/S/C, if you want the same Kanto go play G/S/C, i want a Kanto that'll actually give me a challenge after finishing Johto and that will have a good storyline to keep me interested while there, if they can't do this i don't want it there at all.

You totally speak my language, because Kanto was like a cemetary just resting in the game. I mean just because Team Rocket left, there could still have been something done to it to keep it alive. Hopefully they'll take that idea and do it, instead of having Kanto so bare.

I'd love that. You could find good ones as well such as Magmar, Gravler, Steelix, Onix, Goldbat, Diglett/Dugtrio, Slugma and others of those types. It would probably make those who are looking for those good fire, rock/steel and ground pokemon.

That would be a great idea. Of course fire type pokemon would be there a lot, and I wouldn't mind. Maybe Magmortar could even make a appearance there and there would be a storyline to it to where after Magmortar's appearance is shown, the world of Generation Four pokemon will be in the game.

A good way to go that is to give Blaine a Magmortar, (and maybe Surge an Electivire), anything to add some excitement and structure to an otherwise pointless area.

If they add any Sinnoh Pokémon to Kanto, I wouldn't mind because Kanto needs as much life as it can get in my opinion.

Azul Cave should be open i want to catch Metwo there.
And i think Kanto is the best or one of the best regions out there.

I'd have to agree with you on this one. Especially since Kanto could use some more popularity as well. If they do happen to add Sinnoh pokemon into the Kanto region, then I wonder where they would be spreaded out all over the towns/cities?

I doubt they'd add that though as it is a remake. I think they just need more Johto/Kanto in more variety of areas in the fields. I wouldn't be as mad as long as no Bidoff lol.

Well, they might consider adding Sinnoh Pokémon to it after the Notional Pokédex is obtained. Also, yes, no Bidoof please, not like how they added Zigzagoon to DPPt.
