There will next to no wild Sinnoh Pokemon in the games. Hoenn Pokemon is a possibility.

Well Sinnoh pokemon in the Kanto region could be a possibility. After all, the Kanto was a bit empty when it came to other region pokemon. Well of course that is only because there was no Hoenn pokemon at the time, but you never know what could happen. If they do happen to add both Sinnoh and Hoenn pokemon in that region, I wouldn't mind.

But the possibilities of seeing any wild Sinnoh Pokemon other than pre-evolutions and evolutions are slim, as they are already available DPPt. I am expecting to see mostly Johto and Kanto, and maybe even a few Hoenn Pokemon, which don't appear nearly as much as Sinnoh Pokemon in DPPt.

Forget Kanto, we already had remakes of R/B/Y. I'm hoping they put Hoenn in.

Hoenn sucks

- Sevii Islands from FR/LG re-added

Or better yet, Orange Islands, PLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Also, since D/P/P start around the whole Lake of Rage incident, maybe towards the end of the "Kanto arc," people would be talking about the whole Dialga/Palkia/Giratina/Whatever thing going on in Sinnoh?

Too far away

A separate Kanto Elite Four instead of both regions sharing one Pokemon League and increase the lvls of both of them

A stronger Kanto Gym leaders ( C'mon its been 3 years since Ash became champion, and they only increase their lvls into the 40s!?!? >>)

Return of the Safari Zone and Legendary birds

Bring back the Pewter Museum of Science

Definitely bring back Safari Zone with some great new amp to it. Have levels higher in the Kanto Gyms most definitely, because it doesn't make sense actually to have the Gyms so much higher in FRLG aka RBY and then they drop in level after three years? That makes no point at all, it only seems like Kanto Gyms got no realy challenge after Red took care of them. Anyway, definitely amp up the challenge. Also, Sinnoh Pokémon appearing in Kanto [even if only a few] isn't slim because in FRLG we a few Johto Pokémon show up. Plus, it'll be shown eventually as some of the Johto Pokémon have new evolutions that derive in the 4th Gen games. I say Kanto would be the better place to put them and keep Johto original with its new look and features, and have Kanto build up to the active region it was known to be.

Yeah i really jumped of my seat when i saw it was possible to go to Kanto. what would be AWESOME is that like some games on the gamecube (Windwaker) you actually had 2 cartridges. that way you go back to kanto in 1 cartridge and go to hoen and sinnoh in the other. now THAT would be awesome.

oh yeah i also liked the factyou can battle ash XD

Well two cartridges wouldn't be needed as Kanto and Johto will be held in one DS Card together like it was before. Though, yeah having Red back in Mt. Silver right before Kanto, definitely should be added back. Kanto has a lot of potential, and a lot fo ideas can be pushed into it, so it'll keep interest for the players, but hopefully the makers will get that and do something more to it.

I liked sharing E4 :<

And thats my main reason Kanto must be included, the E4 is located there 8O!/hit

Anyways, safari zone is a must! and I'd like it more challenging, I hope they include the islands too as the surprise in every box Cx

Of coarse it hass to be bigger, I know GBC carts couldn't hold that much data, but still, Kanto seemed too small and dead, mountains do not shrink in 3 years xD D:

Yeah, regions grow, they don't shrink. So, Kanto should definitely be enlargened.

Make everything return to normal. Just make cinnabar look destroyed and the seafoam islands to be a bit more special then one stupid leader. Maybe to get to blaine you have to traverse through all 3 and unlock the road?

I think that Kyogre or Groudon should appear on one of the islands depending on which version because Gamefreak said that they did not want to remake beyond G/S.

Well they said right now they didn't have any remakes planned, so we'll see what happens in the future. Though, I don't think Kyogre and Groudon will be needed in Kanto if you can have the ability to migrate Pokémon over and have trade access with DPPt as well.

No, I doubt Kyogre and Groudon will be needed. I don't see why, if you can get to Kanto, they have awesome Pokes there, so why?

If any legendary should be put back in the Kanto it should be Mewtwo and maybe the three legendary birds. Though, I doubt Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno will make an appearance as they were found running wild in Sinnoh.

Yeah. Mewtwo is supposedly the strongest Pokemon alive. I haven't found the birds yet, but I will. There is so much in the old game that could be improved, but it doesn't need expanding to the levels that Pokemon from other regions need to arrive, maybe leave, like the birds did, but not arrive. With Pichu there I don't need many other Pokemon to be happy with the game.

I would if I could recommend the game makers to allow Kanto to expand, because caves got smaller, and there wasn't any excitement to the region at all. A lot fo work can be done to it. I would say Mewtwo was the strongest Pokémon in Kanto, but not out of all.

Harder gym leaders, harder E4, harder Red, rematches, Team Rocket plot in Kanto, actual-size if not larger caves and buildings, being able to catch at least some of the Kanto legends, throw some 3rd and 4th gen pokemon (including a couple of legendaries--Lati@s maybe?) into the mix, perhaps even a Battle Tower or Frontier and there's a fine looking region right there.

They can totally do it all too, because they have space.

Well not only the space is available, but because Kanto itself, if stays small as it was in the original, then they'd definitely have more than enough memory and speed to put something liek that into Kanto.

Team Rocket plot in Kanto
Why would Team Rocket still be in Kanto? o_O The Kanto branch of Team Rocket disbanded with the defeat of Giovanni in R/B/Y or FR/LG. Team Rocket's still in Johto and the Sevii Islands because they didn't hear of Giovanni's defeat and the disbanding of Team Rocket, and so will still searching for him (Johto, which is why the Radio Tower was taken) or working for him (whatever happened in the Sevii Islands).

I completely forgot what my first post in this thread asked for, so I'll just say that I would love to see the Safari Zone make a return. And just some more things to do in the region, so that it doesn't feel like a "ghost region" with nothing to do.

"Ghost" region, that is a lot worse than when I called it a dead zone. Anyway, yeah even though Kanto needs some kind of plot to keep it alive, Team Rocket doesn't really have to be it. Seeing as they tried once and failed. More side plots and errands is what I see coming for Kanto if they had to spruce it up with a few problems.
