well, in Johto, you recieve Kenya. A spearow that you have to deliver to a man on route 201. Honestly, I couldn't find the guy to deliver it to. So i kept it, what did you do?

I delivered her. It's the guy next to the apricorn tree, just before entering Violet City.

you can always give the mail to another pokemon say a freshly caught sentret and keep the spearow and complete the quest

yeah...i when i first played Gold, i kept it...lol Kenya was a pretty good Pokémon. Spearow is one of my favorites. :D

I don't remember. When I remembered the quest I went to get the spearow but it wasn't there so I guess I at least took it lol. I probably did give it to the dude though since I never really use spearows.

The guy where you have to deliver the mail to is in Route 31 (you must have gotten the routes mixed up).

When I did the quest, I didn't realize that Kenya would be taken from me along with the mail. I would've liked it if Kenya was male so that I could pass down Drill Peck as an egg move down to a Murkrow.

The guy to send it to is the fat once east of Violet. You can equip Kenya's Mail on a ny Pokemon and give it to him ; from Bulbasaur to Arceus. He needs the Mail, not the Pokemon.

Honestly, I gave it away. I already had a Spearow, thus I had no need for Kenya.

Spearow's are so easy to train without getting a boost, but with a boost, she had ungodly powers!

I did the sidequest after the E4 without hesitation.

I kept it, because it evolved after going up a level.

I leveled it up once to get a free Fearow and tapped into a distant memory of where to return it from a decade ago when I last played G/S/C. :cheeky:

I have much cooler Pokémon on my team anyway: Bayleef, Croconaw, Quilava, Mew (legit), Jirachi (legit) and Togepi.

I delivered that mail. Always. Free TMs are always good, and I can catch a Spearow later.

Well, on my first gameplay, I used Kenya for 'Fly' since I'm waiting to catch Dratini. I kept it for like, 3 gym badge.

Hm, I didn't know he can accept any Pokemon if you give it the mail. I'd probably wont do it since I'll feel guilty. (I know it's just a game but...)

I gave the mail to another throwaway Pokemon and gave it to the guy. But only because Kenya is already at the level when it would evolve into Fearow.
