Nah, I wouldn't apply a Class 7 Seal on forks, Kylie. Besides, it's up to Ivan, Karli, and the Chairman to decide what to apply a Class 7 Seal to.

Forks aren't the most sensitive subject...in this case, a class four or lower seal would be sufficient.
