    Ladder & Tournament Achievements
    The purpose of this thread is to allow users to attempt to reach certain milestones while playing. Become a good player is a gradual process, and it's fun and rewarding to set and reach goals. It also sounds like a good way to foster some mutual encouragement in the community by cheering each other on, showcasing when we achieve certain milestones, etc.

    Here in the OP will be a list of milestones along with a list of the people who have completed them.

    For laddering milestones, simply post a screenshot of your ranking—be sure to include the name in the top right indicating that you're logged in under that name!—as proof, and we will add you to the OP. [Note that the OP will only list your highest achievement, so for example, if you make it into the OU 1800s, you will not be listed under the 1700s, 1600s, and so on, so as to reduce clutter.]

    Tournament milestones will function differently. For tournaments, we will use the thread to discuss what tournaments on Smogon that as a community we'd like to try to enter and succeed in. You can enter any of them individually and post your result, but it would be more fun and communal if we did these things together! The OP will be updated with placings for each tournament we decide on (possibly with a vote - still working out this detail exactly) as well as any finals placements or first place finishes in a Smogon tournament.

    I got #13 and #35 in Ubers but considering the state of this ladder I don't think it's that great of an accomplishment. Oh and the Gengarite suspect test.

    And my best in OU was early 1800s, but I don't have screenshots.

    I have my main account at 1400 something so I guess that counts.

    Also shall use this post to update OU ladder rating.
     
    Figure I might as well post something in this thread.

    Finally broke 1500 on the Ubers ladder for the first time in forever, which puts me at #174 on the ladder atm. Not like that's a terribly great achievement or anything, but....

    Let's see if I can at least maintain that ranking

    that's basically a 'participant' award, so i'm afraid i'm going to have to say no. ;( i would be open to something like quarterfinalists, but round 3 is too soon.

    i didn't bother w/ rank rank on the suspect tests because it's a little weird when some people just stop playing after getting reqs which makes the upper ladder rather odd. when i got metagrossite reqs i faced a fair amount of players far lower than me just because half of the upper ladder stopped playing (i had to start late as i had been on vacation).

    if you/others would like to see it added though, i would definitely consider it.
     
    why not i guess

    i was a finalist in a couple tours and voted on the greninja and metagrossite suspects. other than those two the last time i did a suspect test was in dpp lol. dug up one of the tour threads so i've got that linked below.

    i haven't laddered oras ou, but i peaked #1 on the xy ou ladder with 2000+. i don't think i have the screenie around anymore though, so you can disregard that if you really need proof.
