    Imagine the situation: you've murdered someone in a country that has the death penalty; you've tried appealing as far as it can go, but your death sentence remains in place, scheduled for the next day. You have one last meal which will be made to your liking: what would it be, and why?

    Here are some examples of some famous last meals:

    • Joan of Arc requested Holy Communion
    • Aileen Wuronos declined a 'special' meal, and simply dined upon a hamburger from the prison canteen, followed by a cup of coffee
    • Saddam Hussein apparently refused chicken and cigarettes provided to him
    • Ted Bundy dined upon traditional steak (medium-rare), eggs (over-easy), hash browns, toast, milk, coffee, juice, butter, and jelly.
    • Ronnie Lee Gardner seems to have had one of the most extravagant, partaking in lobster tail, steak, apple pie, vanilla ice cream, 7-Up, and watching The Lord of the Rings film trilogy.
    As much as the question seems simple, I'm actually going to have to think on it a little bit before I post my answer. So many choices...
     
    A bowl of strawberries with freshly whipped cream. :D
     
    I'd have a burger and fries, pizza or steak because I want to savor at least one of my favorite foods before I die.
     
    Burger, fries, fried shrimp and some sort of fried chicken product, with lemonade and grape soda to drink. Preferably catered from a nice casual dining restaurant.
     
    Breakfast food and sweet things. Oh, so many. I would ask for way more than I could eat.
     
    If I was faced with the death penalty I don't think I would have a meal ;o; Maybe some gum, but eating would be the least of my worries.
     
    Maybe strawberries, lasagna, and pankases. Then a coke to drink. Man I don't want to think about this!
     
    Nothing.

    All I may ask is that I be allowed to kill myself, rather than be killed.


    It comes down to my sense of personal honour, is all.

    Actually, if it's gonna be my last meal, I should indulge myself in having two or three of them. :D
     
    I've had a long good think about it, and I'd have to go all Ronnie Lee Gardner on people and three-course-meal it up!

    Starter: Shredded Peking duck with pancakes, hoi sin sauce and spring onions
    Main course: Sirloin steak (rare, obviously) and chips with lashings of peppercorn sauce
    Desert: My homemade chocolate fridge cake aka density cake aka Diabetes central (it has, like, half a kilogram of chocolate in it (that's just over a pound in imperial terms)), served with Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream

    All of this would be washed down with a pitcher of this mocktail called Passion St. Clements - passion fruit, orange and bitter lemon served long over ice. Then I'd die a satisfied man... and probably throw up while I was being lethally injected!
     
    To start if off, I'd just have a few mini pizzas and some old Beaujolais wine. Just to see what Beaujolais wine tastes like.

    For the main course I'd have two large fries from McDonald's.
    Marinated pork chops.
    And some coke to drink.

    Then for dessert I'd have bubblegum ice-cream.
    Strawberries.
    Selection of sweets.
     
    I would have a meal entirely composed out of dessert.
    Gelato, ice cream, chocolate cake, chocolate truffles, hot chocolate, eclairs, and various other assortments to peak at at least 7000 calories. I'm dying anyway, right? xD
     
    I'd choose to either eat Taco Bell, and Panda Express.

    -Crunchwrap Supreme, 2 Soft Tacos, 1 Quesidilla, and a triple layer nachos.
    -2 Sides of orange chicken, 1 side of spicy chicken and chow mein.


    Those are my favorites :D

    Personally, anything with poison. THEY'LL NEVER GET ME ALIVE.
     
    I would have BBQ Chicken thighs(or BBQ nuggets), Chipotle, pizza, a whole midget, and some gunpowder (just in case of electricution.)

    Something hard and heavy, so that I can get a chance (no matter how small, a chance is always better than no chance) to attack the guards and make an escape. Some huge raw fish would do too, as I could use its bones as weapons. Really, once you get a death penalty there is nothing left to do but to try your best to escape at whatever cost.
