I never actually use either of those, so my choice is mainly by design, in which case I pick Latios, just because I like blue more

I adore Latias. She's one of my top three favorite Pokemon. In Sapphire, I ran into her while surfing. I loved her cute design and rarity so I tracked her and caught her within an hour. I liked her portrayal in Pokemon Heroes too, especially her cute cries and her powers. While I admit Latios is pretty cool and offensively better, Latias is very special to me.

Latios of course, because he's just better than Latias, but they're both good.
