Well it has more HP and the same defence as other Garchomps, i used him in the Frontier as a leader and won every symbol ^^ Sword dance (when not dangerous) then outrage everything...that's pretty much it for the strategy lol

I was bored, so I tried going through your unconfirmed pokemon's EVs/IVs.

Spoiler:

Blissey has 252 HP EVs, that's all I can gather...

Glaceon's EVs are 252/252 on special attack and speed, dunno about extra 6
IVs are 21/x/27/12/15/31

Ho-Oh has 252/252 on HP and Attack
IVs 27/23/1/11/7/6

Groudon's EVs are in Attack and Defense
IVs:11/30/11/23/18/5

Azumarill has 212 in HP,252 in Attack, and 46 in Speed

Sceptile has some odd EVs... dunno about that, but it doesn't seem standard, more like it was an in-game starter

The Umbreon has all 31 IVs, and it's shiny... SEEMS LEGIT

Moltres has 84 Speed EVs, 100 HP EVs, and 74 Special Defense EVs

Shiny Venusaur has 252/252 on HP and Special Attack. Oddly, all IVs being 3, except one that's 2, from the last 6 EVs.

Snorlax has 19/30/?/28/?/17 sorry for not knowing, the EVs could be anything

Also, I'll trade my EV'd Mamoswine with an EV spread of 6/252/252 and IVs: 6/31/25/23/5/30
