Not a fan of the confusion at the end, but it can be mitigated.... situational learn I guess.
Most times it'd be a forget.

Beak Blast ?

Learn, at least I kept it on Toucanon. I think hard about whether i want to keep a 2 turn move, but this is it's signature move, did a lot of damage and causes burn, so was willing to wait a moment for the beak to heat up.

Life dew?

I've only used it in Dynamax Adventures I think. It's handy there. Potentially handy in normal raids as well, Max or Tera.
During normal playthoughs I'd say forget.

Milk Drink ?

Definitely learn, it's pretty rare to come by and who doesn't want to restore 50% of their health?
