Lepidoptera Fakemon

[PokeCommunity.com] Lepidoptera FakemonI didn't like the other two, so I remade mega volcarona.
The design is inspired by the seraphim. And yes, I used the overused trope of 'more wings', but instead of giving them functionality, I assigned them to a decorative role. I tried capitalizing on the great design of its wings by making it's body scales shaped like the wings, furthering the seraphim aesthetic. And finally, I put scales bordering the wing margin and designed thicker horns to give it a more bulky feel.

Mega Volcarona would not recieve a boost in speed, but rather would have points given to defense, special defense and special attack. The latter being the one that receives lesser boosts. The reason for this is to separate it from the fast, raw power iron moth and to differentiate it from slither wing and base volcarona. There isn't solely a naturally bulky volcarona variant yet, so I figured a mega form could inherit this niche.

In terms of abilities, a few came to mind: Dazzling, Intimidate, or flame body
Dazzling would help it's sweeping potential, giving it immunity to priority, but Intimidate would also fit well, giving how in biblical accounts of angels, the witnesses are almost always striken with fear. It would help it's defensive capabilities. And finally, flame body just because the base volcarona had it.

I hope you enjoy the artwork!

[PokeCommunity.com] Lepidoptera FakemonMega Forretress art. The design is based on long pinecones mixed with traits of the largest type of pinecone. The height change is inspired by castle towers. The design still allows for shell closing actions as well. And yes, it looks like pineco and shuckle. Mega Forretress would gain defenses similar to Mega Aggron upon evolving. Ability wise, sturdy still makes sense, but so does iron barbs. Or perhaps heat proof for longevity, referencing the actual heat resilience of real world pinecones?
Hope you enjoy the artwork

[PokeCommunity.com] Lepidoptera FakemonIs it a regional variant of butterfree or a beedrill regional fake? All studies conducted, even to this day, have no definitive answer. Some theorize that it is a mere butterfree mimicking a beedrill, other say it may be a descendant of the butterfree lineage that just happens to look like beedrill, so technically it is not a butterfree. This pokemon is a complete enigma.

Due to it's striking similarities to beedrill, other pokemon tend to avoid it at all costs. But such an appearance is a trick, as this pokemon has no functioning stingers, although, it will still make movements very similar to stinging. Other beedrill sometimes treat this pokemon as their own, often letting it deposit it's young among their own. The resulting young prey heavily upon weedle, but for some reason, the beedrill don't suspect anything wrong.

I based this pokemon off wasp mimicking moths and moth and butterfly species that lay eggs in the nests of hymenopterians to provide food for their predatory young.
I haven't given much thought to abilities, signature moves, or stats, so feel free to input your ideas.
Enjoy the artwork!
