This took me way too long to realize you were Chase, even with all the Castform. Welp.

  • I had class at 8 AM, so there was that. To offset that, had a margarita at the on-campus bar at noon because why not? Otherwise just celebrated with family during the weekend =P
  • I just got sick of Troye haha. jakemusicnote just rolls off the tongue so nicely, and I've had that name for years, so it just felt right.
  • Indeed! He's a little nublet, worst weekend of my life. In reality, it was insanely fun and I need to go back again.

  • I'm a Business Management major. Took three majors to get there, but I love it!
  • I'm paying my own way through an expensive private school, with no parental help, and very little financial aid. Sadly it's necessary =/
  • WANT. WANT NOW. HYPE TRAIN GOGOGOGO.
 
Can you recommend me any good music? Like what kind of music do you like? I'm up for anything, but mostly into alternative rock/indie music.

I heard good things about The Shins and already know one of their songs ("New Slang" , duh) so I'll give them and the rest of those bands a listen.

Have you ever performed at any venues or like bars? If not, do you see yourself ever performing at venues or bars?

  1. Delicious food is the way to my heart. So either something that was homecooked and delicious, or a restaurant with good food (regardless of how nice the restaurant is, I just want good food). After that, just hanging out and talking is the best to me.
  2. I want to learn to play the damn piano. It's such a beautiful instrument, and I want to learn it!

I've done a few open mic nights in the past (see here), but nothing paid like a bar or a venue or anything. It could be fun to do that though!
 
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember our debate at the XY section regarding whether or not Dragon types should be nerfed by introducing a new type. You were against the idea, but now that Fairy types is a thing and does exactly that, nerf Dragon types, what were your initial thoughts on Fairy's reveal? Have your opinions changed since then, or are they still the same?

I'm still not a giant fan of Fairies. It's certainly not as bad as I initially thought it was going to be, but I didn't think (nor still think) that Dragons were what needed to be nerfed, it was the consistent powercreep through the generations that did.

But like, Clefable is love.
 
Why is your battle server alt called jakemusicnote when it should actually be jakeeighthnotes?
