Again, I don't know if there is a translator for these forums. Interested in Spanish, french, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese simplified or traditional Chinese pokemon that are breed able, for quick level grinding, and not expecting this anytime soon, but to complete the Pokedex in every language.

Just wanted to let you know in the event you weren't aware, but all you need to do to get Pokemon from a different language is just set your language when starting a new game to whatever one you want. I've done it myself with my most recent Scarlet run and all the Pokemon I traded to myself from that file said they were from that different country, and I couldn't change the names they had even though they were still the default ones for that language.

Ah, I see that's good to know, thanks. There is no tracker indicating which console region it came from? If not will the region duped mon be able to be raised like ones traded from other parts of the world or would just be like raising an English traded mon? I know this is also probably a pokemon breeding rumor, but doesn't the pokemon have to be from a different region registered console for masuda breeding? Sorry for all these questions, but I was also wondering if a language Pokedex be feasible or impossible as well. The breed able mons perhaps and legendaries that can be caught in game are possible. Mythicals are a whole other story as most are genned in. I gave up on the language dex in the 3DS era because the closure of gts and people just kept on trading English hack myth mons. Even if it was possible to get a hacked or genned myth mon in gens 6-7 most were English in origin when wonder trade was still a thing even when playing in a different language. Again, I'm also sorry for the long message.

The message length isn't a problem.
From what I remember reading online when I was looking for similar information, I got the impression that at least in Gens 8 and 9, the console region is no longer checked and is instead the chosen language you pick when starting the game. I have no absolute proof of this, but considering how the Pokemon I HOME'd from my foreign language Scarlet file into my English Violet file and the Pokemon had a "Country" labeled as the one in the Scarlet file, I'm almost positive that what I read is correct. That being said, there are almost certainly people on this site who are more knowledgeable on this topic than I am.
I would imagine a full language living Dex would be extremely hard to complete, but not impossible. Just as long as Game Freak continues to make every Pokemon available in some form.

Blatant ones to name are the PokeBall mew. Celebi in the other languages as the vc only had 3 to 5 different languages for it. Hoenn myths no longer a problem as they're obtainable in bdsp and as long as they keep bank open in Oras. Sinnoh myths are probably no longer a problem thanks to legends Arceus or legends 1 as they'll call it. Victini and genesect are also a problem as they weren't released on any mainline game since bw b2w2. Legends 2 could solve the kalos mythical problem and should because these were never catchable or obtainable anymore in gen 6. Gen 7 got the worst end of the stick with marshadow and especially zeraora getting completely shelfed away without legitimate ways to obtain them after the internet closure and in both 3ds and switch. Zarude is also another 1 that will probably get shelfed and never seen again with Nintendos new console, sorry for the gloom and doom. They improved with pecharunt making it an unlimited event with the mythical pecha berry. When scarlet and violet eventually die, they better keep the paradox swords and beasts obtainable in looping timed raids. (They probably will not.)
