[Script] Limitation in Flags (I am confused)

So its been awhile since i do flags. I know the limits to use are somewhere 200-2FF.

I am confused on the first number though. Do i need to start with 0200 or 1200??

your first flag should go as follow
setflag 0x200
or if you are using it to make a NPC disappear write 0200 in the ID box in A-Map

So,are all the flags under unused available for use(56-120,200-230,300-380,circa)?or should i still only use the ones between 200-230 ?
